How the Heck Do I Buy a Used Car? Sat. Sept. 25th 2:30-4pm. Maybe you have a car and it’s on its last leg, or maybe you took a break from driving and now you want to buy a car? Or you are a first-time car buyer all together! You’re searching the web and are overwhelmed with the options, price tags, and just the whole process. Join Chaya of Mechanic Shop Femme to learn about the process from budgeting to negotiating so you end up with the car you want for a fair price and avoid buying a lemon.

The Whys and Whens of Car Maintenance: Sat. Oct. 30th 2:30-4pm. This workshop helps you get an overview of car maintenance from Chaya Milchtein of Mechanic Shop Femme. Learn when to perform specific maintenance tasks, and of course why, including changing oil and filters, tire pressure, coolant, and much more. Be a more educated consumer so you can protect your investment. Questions are encouraged, so come prepared to learn maintenance in a way you never have before.

A Deeper Dive Into Car Ownership: Sat. Nov. 20th 2:30-4pm. This workshop dives into slightly more complex topics like tune-ups, transmission fluid, cleaning your car to protect your investment amongst others. Taught by Chaya Milchtein of Mechanic Shop Femme, it’s presented in an easy to understand format that is suitable for the average car owner. If you want to get a better understanding of your car, this is the class to take. Questions are encouraged, so come prepared to learn deeper concepts in a way you never have before.
