Reduce Your Fines Readathon

Gotten a little behind with your overdues and owe some fines? Well, you're in luck! June 13th, you can come into the library and read quietly to reduce your fines! It doesn't matter what you read, it just has to be done in the library in one hour increments. For each hour spent reading quietly, you can reduce your fines by $1, up to a total of $7 (7 hours). To take advantage of the Readathon, check in at the desk to let them know you want to participate in the Readathon and then begin reading. This opportunity is open to all ages, June 13, 2017 from 11 am to 6 pm.

Cloudy, with a Chance of Meatballs, Jun 17, 2-14 pm. Bring the entire family to this free movie matinee, where you can enjoy the film without the pressures of a traditional movie theater experience. Our environment is welcoming, friendly and supportive. Gentle lighting and lowered sound provide a less-intense movie experience for families. Audience members will be free to move around, talk, sing and enjoy the movie as they see fit. This program is geared toward families with children, but all are welcome.
