Feeling stressed, burned out, or anxious?
Join Art Therapist Kate Donohue as she guides us in creating a meditation box. Also learn about art therapy and meditation.
We will decoupage boxes from pictures of magazines; you are welcome to bring your own personal photos to use as well.
