Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist is a 2008 romantic comedy directed by Peter Sollett and stars Michael Cera and Kat Dennings. Based on the novel of the same name by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan, the story is about a teenager, Nick, who hooks up with Norah to make his ex-girlfriend jealous.  While pretending to be boyfriend/girlfriend they discover they have a lot in common, including the idolization of the same band.  They head out in search of a secret concert the band is holding and over the course of the night discover love.
