LIBRARY SOFTWARE UPGRADE
July 27-Aug 4

Just a reminder that we will be open that week; however, our systems will be offline. With them offline, we will be restricted to checkouts, and only if the library card is present. We cannot look things up, nor can we check or make changes to accounts. All checkouts are restricted to items we have on hand and holds that have already been received. The public catalog will also be unavailable.

During the transition:

• As of July 12th, new holds cannot be placed. Hold requests will resume Aug 5th.
• Materials cannot be checked in after July 24th. We ask that you hold onto your materials until after the transition.
• Patrons MUST bring their library card to check out materials.
• New library cards cannot be issued.
• Renewals will not be available. Most items are not due until after the transition. We ask that you hold onto them until then. We do not charge late fees, so you can keep them until after the transition, guilt-free.
• Fines and fees cannot be paid nor can we look them up.
• We will not be able to look up PIN numbers once the transition begins nor after the new system is in place. Once the new software takes affect, we can change your PIN, but we cannot see it. We recommend you update your PIN before the end of the day, July 25th and suggest you select an easy to remember PIN, such as the last 4 digits of your phone.
• Our digital library will be unaffected by the upgrade
