Holidays and Planned Closures

All County holidays that normally fall on Monday will be observed the following Tuesday by all Mendocino County Library branches.

2022, Tuesday holiday closures will be:

Martin Luther King, Jr Day   January 18
Presidents Day   February 22
Memorial Day   May 31
Independence Day  July 5
Labor Day  September 6
Indigenous People’s Day  October 11

Additional library holidays:

Veterans Day   November 11, 2022
Thanksgiving & the day after  November 24 & 25, 2022 (we will close at 3 pm on November 23rd)
Winter break  December 24—January 3, 2023 (we will close at 3 pm on December 23rd)
