Writers of the Mendocino Coast are providing free monthly creative writing workshops for adults. All workshops are lead by published authors and will feature different genres and themes each month.
No sign-up is required. Just bring yourself, your BFF, your notebook and your pen.

About Kailyn McCord:
Kailyn writes fiction and nonfiction in Fort Bragg, California, where she also teaches writing at Mendocino Community College. Her work has appeared in Ploughshares, Literary Hub, Brevity, The Believer, The Cincinnati Review, The Master’s Review, Alta Journal, Pleiades, and New York Magazine, among others. She holds a BA in English literature from Reed College and an MFA in fiction from the University of New Orleans, where she was the editor of Bayou Magazine.
With support from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Ucross Foundation, Writing by Writers, and the Mendocino Coast Writers’ Conference, Kailyn writes about land, the West, fire, addiction, and true love. When not writing, she likes to be outside. (bio courtesy of https://kailynmccord.com)
