Harry Potter Teen Lock-In — We are pleased to inform you that if you are a teen in Years Three to Seven (ages 13 to 18), you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, cleverly disguised as the Fort Bragg Library. Experience an entire magical school year in one after-hours program — from Sorting to the Yule Ball. Earn points for your house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin) by attending Potions and other classes, as well as by doing a Hogsmeade scavenger hunt and playing Table Quidditch. Pizza, refreshments, and materials will be provided. Pre-registration and parent/guardian permission are required for teens to attend. Teen anime fans, ages 12 to 19! Summer can be a drag but there's hope! Come, check out the various sports anime available online and catch a few episodes at our Sports Anime Showcase. We'll also talk about manga sports series, such as Cross Game and Slam Dunk, you can order through our catalog for summer reading. Join us July 7 @ 3:30 pm for Sports Anime Showcase. Snacks provided by Friends of the Fort Bragg Library.

Teens! Join us Friday, Aug 28, 5-6 pm as we officially cut the ribbon on our new Teen Lounge at Fort Bragg Branch Library! We're holding an Open House from 5-6 pm so bring your friends and stop by for refreshments and door prizes as you check out our new teen space. And while you're there, vote for your favorite Young Adult book in our Battle of the Books competition. See you at the library!
