Our Annual Friends of the Fort Bragg Library Labor Day Weekend Book Sale is coming soon! Mark your calendars! September 2 & 3, 2017 (member preview sale, Sept.1, 4-7 pm**)
Throughout the year, Friends of the Fort Bragg Library collects donations from all over and holds them for the Annual Labor Day Weekend Sale. Each year we have thousands of unique titles in every genre imaginable. Come on down to the Veteran’s Memorial Building at the corner of E. Laurel and N. Harrison (diagonally across the street from the library) and see what we have to offer.
This year, our unique, rare and specially priced books are being featured in the Library’s Community Room. So stop by the Library on your way to the main sale and check out our featured items. The Library is located at 499 E Laurel St, right across from the Vet’s Hall.
Join us Saturday, Sept 2, 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday, Sept 3, 10 am – 2 pm. Sunday is bag day where you can buy a bag and fill it up for a nominal price.
Plus, if you’re a Friends of the Fort Bragg Library Member, you get to attend the Friday night preview sale, Sept 1, **4 pm – 7 pm. Membership is $5 a year and you can get your membership card up until 6 pm Sept 2 at the library. (Sorry, no memberships are sold at the door so get yours early!)
**Please note: a change in preview sale hours due to our Flynn Creek Circus fundraiser. We hope you’ll support the Friends of the Library Expansion by purchasing tickets for the 7 pm Friday, Sep. 1st big top show. All proceeds from the Friday night event go to the Library Expansion fund. You can get your tickets here.
